The Swifts vocalist Mike Little on “Normal”:”We had been thinking about making a video for a while. When the pandemic started, Normal became the logical choice. The chorus says “just get me back to normal, whatever that means.”

“The point is that there really isn’t a definition for “normal.” The meaning is constantly changing. In terms of the pandemic, for some people normal means getting back to life prior to the pandemic. In terms of the incredible social justice movement happening right now, I hope we are creating a new normal.”
