Happy Birthday Joe Elliott! The Def Leppard vocalist turned 60 today (August 1). Check out the video as 20,000 fans sing Happy Birthday to Joe at the band’s Calgary show last night.
Def Leppard’s next stop is Las Vegas, as “Def Leppard Hits Vegas: The Sin City Residency” kicks off August 14 at Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Joe Elliott says the band is ready to entertain Vegas audiences. “Five years ago, we played our first ever residency in Las Vegas, which was relatively new ground for a rock band giving this kind of experience…I have to say, we really enjoyed it! Being in one place for the best part of a month is vastly different to our normal city to city touring routine. Breaking this cycle adds another element to the experience for both us and the audience. We look forward to seeing you at the Zappos Theater this summer!”
Fans can look forward to hearing all of Def Leppard’s greatest hits including “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Love Bites,” “Rock of Ages,” “Photograph,” “Hysteria,” “Armageddon It” and many more.
