I finally got to hear these samples, and the new CD is very much classic Scorpions all the way! I am very much looking forward to this new one!
I saw Scorpions live last year with Whitesnake (AWESOME) & Dokken, and that was probably obe of my favorite tours all year!
The tracklisting is:
New Generation
Love 'em Or Leave 'em
Deep And Dark
Borderline
Blood Too Hot
Maybe I Maybe You
Someday Is Now
My City My Town
Through My Eyes
Can You Feel It
This Time
She Said
Remember The Good Times

Veteran German hard rockers SCORPIONS will be releasing a three-CD career retrospective, called "Box Of Scorpions", on May 25. The set features 51 tracks from throughout their recording history, which started with 1972's "Lonesome Crow". There aren't any unreleased songs on "Box Of Scorpions", but there are a few tracks that have only been released on best-of collections — "Over The Top" and "Life Goes Around" from 1997's "Deadly Sting: The Mercury Years", and "Cause I Love You" and "Bad For Good" from 2002's "Bad For Good: The Very Best Of The Scorpions" — as well as a cover of THE WHO's "I Can't Explain", which THE SCORPIONS recorded for the anti-drug Make A Difference Foundation.
"Box Of Scorpions" track listing:
Disc One:
01. I'm Going Mad
02. Speedy's Coming

The longer samples I heard above for the new album are amazing! Heavy riffs like the Scorpions are meant to be! Gang vocals, strong bass and drum lines!
Listen to the track "Can You Feel It", and crank it up as much as your speakers can handle and just listen to those riffs!
I cannot wait for this CD and the rumored summer tour! |

Unbreakable is a great return to their old form, there is a modern spin to the sound. This is the most focused record they have put out since Crazy World. Unfortunately they alienated their core audience with lackluster record after lackluster record. Box of Scorpions is a pretty decent collection, but if you have Deadly Sting you don't really need it! |
