Ok, The REquest's are:

Stryper, Sick Six Crush, Matley Mad Crue, Slaughter, this should be enough, but I can not forget Skid Row
Z rock was a radio network syndicated nationwide to local
afiliates by ABC 24 hour radio networks. In the beggining it
had Rocking Randy Davis in the morning, and the phone call from hell.
Another feature was Booby Bondage with Zreal rock news.It played
artists like Slayer,Wasp,and King Diamond.
Later it became more commercial and featured the Z rock 50.
ABC pulled the plug on Z rock on December 31,1996, in favor of
a classic rock format, which Dave Bolt still does the morning show
for.
After 25 years of rocking such anthems Metal Health bang your head
And Cum on feel the noise, the metal band Quiet Riot have called it quits
After having line up changes such as the legendary late Rhandy Rhodes,
which later went on to be Ozzy's guitarist. And firing there lead singer for
awhile. They will go down in metal history. Crying or Very sad

Well let me say....Broz has arrived to Z-Rock!!!!
It is a pleasure to have stumbled across your site! I am here in Dallas, Texas and have fond memories of the birth of Z-Rock and it's origins. In fact Mr. Cleaver and I go pretty far back...LOL!
Have really missed their presence here in this market but unfortunately they were always a tough sell.
To those who remember...Lee we can't thank you enough for those great pool parties at your most palacial estate! Laughing
And to Madd Maxx Hammer.....never met anybody who knew more about the great sport of boxing than him. Maybe Phil from Pantera, but it would be close. We miss ya Maxx!
I wish all those who were stationed here in Dallas well! Would love to meet up with you all again some day and take a walk down memory lane.
And yes, I still have my 99.1 MF bumber-sticker (thanks Pat) Very Happy

In an interview with ElectricBasement.com, vocalist Kevin Dubrow explained the reason for the sudden dismantling of Quiet Riot late last year.
"Well, the question should really be: why did we stay together for so long?" he said. "It really should have stopped earlier. We'd been together for a long time and it had gotten to the point… I'm only going to be so specific about this out of professionalism. It's also like the Mafia — when you're in something you don't talk too much about the family business.
There was a situation that existed in Quiet Riot that I never liked, but I went along with because it was for the best of everything. It got to the point where the situation became less and less tolerable for me. And I wasn't the only one that found it hard to tolerate. This situation, as I like to refer to it, came to a head in Detroit on the last gig we had performed. It was either a matter of, that was it for me, I had to walk away from it, or if I had stayed, it was gonna get really, really ugly. I mean really ugly. I mean, somebody was gonna get… It was gonna be bad.
You've got to keep in mind how bad this got for me because when I tell you that I love playing with Frankie Banali — he's one of the best drummers out there and he's also my best friend. Also keep in mind that Frankie Banali did all the business for the band. So all I had to really do was show up, but showing up became increasingly difficult when there is a situation in the band that you just are so unhappy with and angry with. Not only that, it was affecting my f*cking health, it was affecting my hearing for sure!
The way it went down would not have been the way I would have chose to have done it, but I wouldn't have chose to have done it. It wasn't like a thing I chose. It was more of a reaction. Everybody always asks: do you think Quiet Riot will get back together? My answer to that is: I hope so! I'd love to see the band get back together. I loved Quiet Riot . A lot of people made fun of us and thought we were a cheesy '80s band, but we had a good time and people were entertained by us. We did a good live show.
I thought musically we degenerated into garbage the last couple of years live, but people still loved it because it was something fun to watch. I would be back to Quiet Riot tomorrow morning if we just made one change. I'll just put it that way."

Quiet Riot vocalist Kevin DuBrow will be playing his first solo/acoustic show at The Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday, February 2. The show is part of The Palms "Rock The Lounge" series that takes place in the hotel's Palapa Lounge. DuBrow will be performing acoustic versions of Quiet Riot classics and a few choice cover tunes. "After 28 years of fronting one of the loudest bands in the history of rock music, this is a welcome opportunity," says DuBrow. "As much as I love loud, headbanging heavy metal, this show gives me the rare chance to really connect with these songs in their most basic form."

Performing with DuBrow will be Michael Lardie on guitar and keyboards (Great White) and Kevin Curry on guitar. Both musicians appear on DuBrow's forthcoming solo album to be released on Shrapnel Records.
