local bands that rock?

Tell me the name of local band that plays music like you hear on channel z? I read the junk in the sunday paper but it doesnt give me enough info to make a decision on who is worth going to see. A few years ago i saw a band named brothers keeper. i wish i knew where they are now. They covered artists such as creed, 7 mary, led, etc. i want to go have a few drinks and listen to a live band that does that type of show. Please advise. A local band that rocks hard core is DAYS OF RED!! They are awesome and have their own kind of sound! Hopefully you can go see them at the Ozark Empire Fair opening for Saliva! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!

THE JELLY BEANZ!! They won High School Battle Of the Bands(About a month ago) And they recently played in the college battle of the bands, please play them whenever they're cd comes out!
