Jason Newstead has left has left Ozzy,s band. He joined Ozzy after
leaving Metallica and helping to reserect Voivod .Ironically Ozzy,s old
bassist Robert Trujillo (formerly of Suicidal Tendencies went from Ozzy
to replace Jason in Metallica.

I couldn't imagine Newstead playing with Zakk anyway.
