I need to know who sings this

There's this song that goes "let me out, let me out, I see you" and I have no idea who sings it. Does anyone else know?

Is it possible it's "I'm singing" instead of "I see you?

as in...

Let me out, let me out I’m singing
Let me out, let me out I’m singing
I’m a liar and a cheat in prison
Accused of telling the truth
