Last year Lillian Axe released a great double Live CD called "Live 2002". It was an awesome live CD, and then the band headed into the studio to record the new studio disk.

A few songs were complete and then a little while ago word came from their official site www.lillianaxe.com that lead singer Ron Taylor had decided to move on to pursue new personal and musical ventures!

There is a nice statement from Ron on the website and also a statement from Steve Blaze (guitars) on how singers can auditon to be the new Lillian Axe singer! So maybe we might still be able to hear the new material...

It is a shame...their new CD was one I was really looking forward to, and Lillian Axe is one of my favorite bands!
